Fenty Beauty Launches Summer Line “Beach Please”

Rihanna is definitely taking the highlighter craze and running with it.

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna is launching their new summer collection, cleverly named “Beach Please.” The body luminizing products will give its buyers the universally desired summer glow, and for the truly adventurous, the glazed doughnut vibe.

The ingenuity of the new products is that they are not only glow-makers for your face but your entire body, too. “Beach Please” will consist of two body shimmers, or Body Lava Luminizers ($59), in the shades “Brown Sugar” and “Who Needs Clothes.”

“Brown Sugar,” a golden brown, and “Who Needs Clothes,” a baby pink, are both said to match and complement a multitude of skin tones, which supports Rihanna’s original desire for her beauty products. After the release of the Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation, which comes in about 40 different shades (the most diverse line of foundation ever), it became clear that Rihanna’s intention for her beauty empire is to produce high-quality products at a lower than average price and create shade diversity to cater to inclusivity.

The Body Lavas seem to be the perfect summer products because they are extremely easy and simple to use, while still garnering a beautiful result. Just add a little squirt on the desired body part, blend it, and it leaves the skin looking like that of a sun-kissed, glowing goddess. The rest of the “Beach Please” line includes a Kabuki body brush ($34) for blending in the Body Lavas, as well as the Fairy Bomb Glittering Pom Pom ($42) — what a name. The Fairy Bomb is, to put it simply, a giant fluffy body poof.

And get this, it dispenses glitter. Genius, absolute genius.

On her Instagram stories, Rihanna previewed the poof, unboxing it from the shimmering packaging, and proceeded to give it a squeeze and dust it all over her body. The result was a very tasteful and subtle sprinkling glitter.

All of the new collection products will be available on April 6, in Sephora, both in-stores and online, as well as on fentybeauty.com.
