Maybe you knew a horse girl growing up, or maybe…you were one. Regardless, it’s typical to avoid association with the categorization for the sake of self preservation. Though let’s be honest, haven’t we all spent a little too much time talking about our oddly specific interests? Haven’t we all rocked some not-so-successful outfit ensembles? “Horse Girl” encourages us to accept our inner eccentricities and invites us to share the stories that make us uniquely ourselves. It is beautiful to embrace the joy of genuine self-expression, whether through passionate discussions about horses, confidently flaunting a bold fashion choice, or any other interest that enriches our lives. Before jumping to judgment we can gain a valuable lesson about unashamed authenticity and dismantling traditional fashion exteriors.
