In a world where there is still a greater percentage of male bosses and leaders than women in many industries, women must take the leap to show that we are equally as competent in being fearless and successful leaders. Women should not have to spend extra time climbing the proverbial business ladder while men are more likely to be handed a leadership opportunity for the sole reason of their gender.
