Illusions are created everyday. Through different mediums, we can bend the idea of what’s real and what’s not. Makeup has always been one of the first mediums.
By using different colours, contouring and highlighting, we create alternate depictions of our inner selves.
For my final editorial as Beauty Director, I wanted to highlight and celebrate the talented artists of the SCAD Makeup Directory and Artistry Club. Each artist was given the task of creating an illusion to showcase their extraordinary skills. A huge thank you to SCAD Makeup artists for collaborating and creating beautiful work.
